Online Payment Security
Rest assured your internet transaction is completely safe and secure. We use Paypal for our online transactions. The safety of your payment is our first priority. Your card details are not disclosed to us at any point, they are taken and processed by PayPal’s secure servers. We will never share any of your submitted information with any third parties whatsoever.
Payment By Phone
We accept most credit and debit cards by telephone. We will ask you several security questions about your card so please have your card in front of you when calling to place your order. Do not include any credit or debit card details in any emails to our sales department. Details will only be taken over the phone.
Within UK our average despatch time of items in stock is 48 hours, however please allow up to 3 working days of receipt of full payment for your goods to be sent. Your goods will be sent by courier or Royal Mail first class delivery depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. We do deliver to locations outside of the mainland United Kingdom, and , depending upon size of package can take upwards of 5 working days.
Postage & Packaging
Poastage is free unless otherwise stated and is included in price of certain smaller items e.g. Picking Up Vest

Returning An Order
Any goods can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase provided the goods are still unused, in the original packaging. If you wish to return goods simply send the item back to the address on our contact us page with a note giving your name, address, and telephone number. Once the goods have been inspected one of our sales department will contact you about your refund. We will refund your original purchase and, in the event of changing for a different size will charge accordingly. UK Post Next Day £11:50 and Europe £17:00 3 – 5 Working Day. Return postage and returning your items is the responsibility of the buyer.
Re Custom Orders.
Turn around time ( ie time between making order and delivering ) changes throughout the year . July through October is our busiest time of year and we suggest that it is best to visit us at shows etc or make appointment for measuring during the months February to end of April for minimum turn around of 6-8 weeks. Outside of this period it is most likely that turn around will take 8 to 14 weeks
